Excelsior Parco

Our 3-night stay at Hotel Excelsior Parco in Capri was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food to start each day. One of the biggest highlights was the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service, which made getting around Capri so easy and convenient. The team also helped us with restaurant reservations and recommendations, making our trip completely stress-free. Their outstanding hospitality truly turned our stay into a dream vacation. We felt cared for every step of the way, and it’s clear that the staff take great pride in making every guest’s experience special. Thank you to the entire team for creating such wonderful memories. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Hotel Excelsior Parco to anyone visiting Capri!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, the facilities were excellent, and the location was very convenient. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, who were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. A special thank you to Gaia for her kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome, which made our experience even more memorable. Everything was handled with great attention to detail, making us feel welcome and relaxed throughout our visit. A 10 for service. The staff goes above and beyond. Rooms were clean and quiet! A nice and for breakfast! I stupidly left a flat iron in the room and unlike my Naples hotel they took the time to text me. Obviously, I’m not going to have them mail a flat iron back to the United States but I had a friend staying at a nearby hotel. They were kind enough to bring it over there even though it was a busy Labor Day weekend. I so appreciate that ! Whatever you Need the service was outstanding. Thank you to everybody!
