Eurostars Zona Rosa Suites

Overall, I’d rate this hotel a solid 8.5/10. The location in Zona Rosa is excellent (central, lively, and close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife) making it a great base for exploring Mexico City. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, which is a big plus, especially for longer stays. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive, consistently providing good service. That said, some areas feel a bit dated, and due to the vibrant surroundings, street noise can be noticeable at night for light sleepers. One practical note: rates on Expedia and Orbitz were noticeably cheaper than booking directly with the hotel, so it’s worth checking those platforms before reserving.

I’ve been to this hotel many times and I’ve had a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and polite, the rooms are always clean, and the beds and furniture in general are comfortable. Also, there are many gastronomic options around, clubs and places to chill and relax. The only suggestion to the hotel would be an upgrade in the conference room, but that is not urgently needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Eurostars Hotel in Zona Rosa. The room was perhaps a little outdated, but very spacious and VERY clean. The location is very convenient with lots of clubs, bars, and restaurants nearby and we felt safe walking around it at all times of day. I see there are quite a few complaints about the noise level from the street, which is very lively late into the night, but our suite (202) was towards the back of the hotel instead of the street side and we weren’t disturbed by the noise at all, so I would recommend requesting a suite away from the street if you can. The staff were lovely and attentive and the breakfast had vast options and was very satisfying. We would definitely stay here again.
