This review is long overdue, but I wanted to make sure I shared what a wonderful experience we had at Eurostars Torre Sevilla. We stayed while visiting family in Sevilla, Spain, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Pablo at check in was especially wonderful. He was welcoming, professional, and made us feel right at home. He also helped complete our request and upgraded us to the 32nd floor for a small convenience fee, which was absolutely worth it. The views were incredible and truly unforgettable. We had an excellent stay overall. The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant was so nice that we went back several times during our visit. Between the service, comfort, and amazing views, this was a memorable stay that made our time in Sevilla even more special. The room did have a minor weird smell 😳 but it was very faint. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sevilla.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The ladies on the check in desk weren't very welcoming or friendly especially when checking in. The males were more attentive, friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel are absolutely amazing and breathtaking taking as you can see most of the city. Breakfast was lovely although for a five star hotel it would have been nicer to have had the tea and coffee offered to you at the table. Toilets in the hotel were clean. Mariana on the tourist information desk - she was absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for her and was very attentive and made our holiday even more enjoyable. She is a real asset to the hotel as she is friendly welcoming and extremely helpful.

Reception Feedback – February 28th, 2026 A very special thank you to Pablo at the reception for the exceptionally warm welcome, the clear and friendly introduction to the hotel, and the way he looked after several special requests with outstanding professionalism and genuine care. Your hospitality truly elevated my stay from the very first moment. I would also like to compliment the Skyline Bar, which offers an absolutely breathtaking view over Seville — a place where you can relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and take in the city’s magic from above. It added something truly special to my stay. A big compliment and heartfelt praise: This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Thank you, Pablo — and thank you to the whole team!
