This hotel was absolutely phenomenal! The entire staff was wonderful, but Jose truly made our experience stand out. He was incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sevilla!

We had such a brilliant stay at the hotel. Right from the moment we checked in, the manager, Mr. Antonio, took exemplary care of us and was especially mindful of our special assistance needs. We truly appreciated the recognition of our Platinum Elite membership. The suite was well appointed, and fairly spacious with a decent view. The bathroom was spacious, and the mattress was very comfortable. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, maintaining the room to a good standard. The gym, although limited in size, was well stocked, with fresh towels, cold water, and clean equipment, which we found impressive. Breakfast was a pleasant experience, offering regional cheeses as well as local delicacies, limited in variety but of good quality. The front office staff were courteous, and communication throughout all our interactions was smooth and pleasant. The hotel is within easy driving distance of the city centre, and parking was convenient. Mr. Antonio engaged with us respectfully throughout our stay and consistently reassured us of his support. His positive attitude and genuine care for guests are truly exemplary. We especially enjoyed our conversations with him, he was generous with his time, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even went the extra mile to make enquiries on our behalf. We are very glad to have chosen AC Hotel Sevilla and look forward to returning again.

Great hotel if you need to be near Seville Airport, just a 10 minute ride by taxi. Super comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhoods with no much traffic on the road just outside, enclosed parking, if needed. 4 stars on service just because there is no Airport Transfer given by the hotel, which would be perfect. A city taxi costs around 30€, Uber/Bolt can be down to 15€ during non-peak times. Other than that it’s a good hotel for location and comfort.
