An absolutely wonderful stay at this upscale Eurostars hotel in May 2026! My appreciation goes to the awesome front-desk staff Carlos, Carolina and Sandra whose personalized and kind attention to guests, exemplary customer service skills and impeccable English language skills are outstanding. I also enjoyed meeting a member of the housekeeping team named Hanna who kept my room impeccably clean throughout my stay. Each of these staff members was charismatic, multilingual, knowledgeable and helpful, and treated me and other guests with genuine respect. I look forward to returning to this hotel on my next trip to Málaga. The hotel is located within a five-minute walk from Málaga María Zambrano Train Station and the main bus station, with several supermarkets and many restaurants and bars nearby. The location is perfect for both business visitors and tourists. The rooms are large, modern and very clean… some with great mountain views. Breakfast is quite nice and includes hot options, cold cuts, fruit and sweets. Definitely recommend.

Bed was huge (big enough to hold a party), with the room also holding everything you could need, including a mini fridge. Great bathroom with a double shower. Breakfast was amazing with choices for everyone. No pressure to eat and run. Staff super friendly and very helpful. Quiet and very safe area despite being close to the station.

The room was clean and comfortable, although the amenities were somewhat limited for a four-star hotel. The location is convenient, being close to the main railway station, with easy access to the city centre by bus or metro, and also within a pleasant 15/20 minute walk.
