I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely small.The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including loud noises at all hours. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained and uncomfortable — I would not recommend it to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The administrator at the reception was especially kind and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options to choose from, and the overall service was excellent. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

My experience traveling and staying at a hotel in Georgia was initially good, but it turned out to be terrible, especially at breakfast. At 8:00 AM, we informed the staff that the coffee was finished, but they didn't refill it. We asked a second time, and they still didn't refill it. A third time, they replied that they didn't have any. It was 8:00 AM, and your coffee was already gone! You showed a lack of willingness to serve. Some breakfast items were also unrefilled. Despite having many tour groups staying at the hotel, the dining tables were very empty. The water pressure was extremely low, making showering and washing hair very difficult.
