Excellent stay with just one area for improvement We have just spent three nights at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers with my wife and daughter during our vacation, and we had a truly excellent stay. I travel extensively for work and stay in hotels around 40 nights a year, so I have a solid basis for comparison. Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers delivered an experience that ranks among the better hotels I have stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly, smiling and professional staff. The service was consistently excellent throughout our stay, and the hotel is modern, well maintained and very inviting. We deliberately chose this hotel because we preferred not to stay in the city centre. The location is ideal—less than a five-minute walk to both the Metro and S-train, with Copenhagen city centre reachable in under ten minutes. It offers the perfect balance of a quieter location while still providing quick and easy access to everything the city has to offer. We stayed in a King Premium High Floor room on the 19th floor, which comfortably accommodated the three of us. The room was clean, spacious, well maintained, and the view was an added bonus. The only area where I believe there is room for improvement is the breakfast offering for guests with dietary requirements. The selection of gluten-free bread and lactose-free dairy products was quite limited. In addition, the gluten-free bread had to be toasted in the same toaster as regular bread, which is not ideal for guests with coeliac disease or gluten allergies due to the risk of cross-contamination. I would have expected a hotel of Crowne Plaza’s standard to offer a wider selection and more robust allergen handling procedures. That said, this did not detract from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return, both for leisure and business.

Good Hotel with a Few Areas to Improve I had a good stay at the Crowne Plaza Copenhagen. The hotel was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was also very quiet, which made the stay relaxing. The amenities were good as well. The location is a little far from Copenhagen city centre, but the metro is very convenient and easy to use, and the tram also makes getting around much easier. There were a few things that could be improved. The hotel was a bit expensive for what you get, and the rooms felt quite small, especially when travelling with a family. The air conditioning definitely needs improvement—on some days, the room was too warm and I had difficulty sleeping. The bathroom also had a slight unpleasant smell during our stay. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. With some improvements to the air conditioning and bathrooms, it could be an even better experience.

We stayed at this hotel to be near the airport and drop off a rental car before our morning flight from CPH. We were impressed with the room and amenities. The air conditioning worked very well and this was a godsend in hot weather. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped and in excellent condition. We slept well and it was quiet. The reception staff were very helpful and informative, and it was easy to get to the airport in the morning. The service in the restaurant was quite slow but the food was good. We would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
