Our stay at Courtyard Luoyang was truly wonderful, thanks to the excellent service and warm hospitality. A special shout-out to Carey Zhao, who swiftly resolve a small misunderstanding during check-in. His professionalism and kindness set the tone for our stay. Carey was also incredibly helpful in sorting out our online booking for a visit to the Shaolin Temple. The hotel itself is fantastic - clean, comfortable rooms with great amenities. The breakfast spread was superb, offering a mix of local and international selections that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also want to thank Alin for her warm and cheerful service, her smile brightened our stay! Highly recommend Courtyard Luoyang for anyone visiting the area. Keep up the great work!
As a Platinum I was not upgraded to the suite but only the premium executive which is fine But the room has many issues 1) shower head splashing out and requires replacement 2) lights miraculously on at 6.50am daily 3) blinds also auto open at 9.30am daily 4) air conditioning ca…

As a Platinum I was not upgraded to the suite but only the premium executive which is fine But the room has many issues 1) shower head splashing out and requires replacement 2) lights miraculously on at 6.50am daily 3) blinds also auto open at 9.30am daily 4) air conditioning can’t be adjusted and perpetually 29C (super hot) 5) they allow guests to smoke inside the hotel As a result they discounted my last night fare to 50% due to all the misfortunes for my room. They wanted to move me on the last day but what’s the point when I’m leaving early the following day Lounge was sufficient. But no whiskey for HH. Breakfast looks like alot of variety but barely any meat. Mostly flour, bread, noodle, veggie. False perception that it has good variety Staffs are generally all very nice and polite but just lacking the international standards training
