I just wrapped up an incredible stay at Concorde KL Hotel, and I couldn’t leave without giving a massive shoutout to the amazing team there. Exceptional service deserves recognition and was thoroughly impressed by the hospitality of the entire staff. From the moment I checked in, Mr. Chad went above and beyond to make me feel at home. He even treated my neurodivergent kid, Faqeh with immense kindness, patience, and care, which made us feel incredibly welcome. 🥹 A special thanks again to Mr. Chad for surprising me with a room upgrade! Because of his kindness, I was able to watch the fireworks right from my hotel room window with a perfect view. It made my entire trip for Merdeka Celebration unforgettable, which turned out to be the ultimate highlight of my trip. It’s the people that make a place truly special, and Mr. Chad is absolute world-class. Can't wait to come back! ✨🛎️ Lastly, thank you to the management and team for set such a high service standards. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur! 🇲🇾

I had a wonderful stay at Concorde Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The check-in process was very smooth and easy, making the arrival hassle-free. Breakfast had a good variety of food, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. What stood out the most was the excellent service from all the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the team for your great hospitality!
