Comfort Inn & Suites Saint Louis Lafayette Square

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at so far the people here are very nice. The food for breakfast is awesome. Anna April and Miss Wanda are the most three best employees they have here and they are best. They are the greatest. I love mall definitely the owner keep her hotel, nice and clean and upright. I can definitely tell she keep her hotel tight and she also keeps it home for me as well thank you very much to all of you at this hotel. I appreciate everything you done for me and my family. You made us stay feel so very much welcome I will definitely be back at this location best location in the world

Nice hotel, big rooms, friendly staff and easy check in. Only issue was that the floor in the room probably hasn't been washed in a long time. Walked around barefoot in the evening and feet were dirty, like I was walking in a muddy spot. Please just run a Swiffer over them between guests, it will be easier than making guests clean their feet before bed every night.

My company was working from out of state when I fell extremely ill. My wife came to pick me up and take me back home so I could go to a specialty doctor for my condition. She got a room so we could end leave the next morning but I was getting worse so we decided to leave that night. The front desk worker assured us that we would get a full refund and to contact the manager in the morning. We called for about a week without being able to speak with a manager with no success. The workers tell us no for a refund but hang up on us when we ask to speak to a manager. Neither me nor my company that does a lot of work in St. Louis will be using this hotel again. Edit: reached out several more times over the next month and got the same kind of responses. Not worth the hassle of staying at this hotel
