Clarion Pointe Winslow I-40

The staff is nice but the hotel is filthy, run down, smelly. The fridge doesn't work, the pet area has absolutely no shade and a bunch of construction holes sectioned off with a string that will not stop any animal from falling in. And it's ridiculously expensive - $150 a night including the $50 pet fee that we were unaware was separate from the cost we already paid. It's truly awful.

I had an overall good stay, HOWEVER! Breakfast: Louisa, the breakfast attendant was evidently burnt out and visibly hated her job. Once I entered she was huffing and puffing, I literally heard her. I was reaching over for syrup and she was about to throw my waffle mix cup away and I had said I’m still using it. She literally threw my cups at me and took a deep breath and walked away. But let it go, until she scolded my child- not me but my child in front of the whole sitting area about droplets of milk. I told her she didn’t have to be rude and that I would clean it up and she threw her hands up and walked away. She definitely doesn’t need to be in that environment if she is unable to maintain professionalism. The rooms looked like someone had just used the restroom and left the seat up as well as hair all over the shower wall.
