I came from Korea and stayed at this hotel during my trip to Annecy, and I had a truly excellent experience. It was a wonderful hotel in every way. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Jose welcomed us so warmly and kindly. He was always friendly, helpful, and considerate whenever we saw him. Even though we had traveled from so far away, his warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed. The location is perfect. The hotel is right next to Annecy train station, so after arriving by train from Lyon, we could leave our luggage quickly and start exploring the city right away. The lake, restaurants, and other famous places in Annecy are also very close, making it an ideal place to stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and I really loved the beautiful views from the room, watching around the hotel and the train station. The atmosphere was so lovely that it made me want to stay longer. Mr. Jose treated every guest with such genuine kindness, and even seeing how warmly he treated a guest’s dog showed how thoughtful and caring he is toward everyone. If I come back to Annecy, I will definitely stay here again.
Very happy with this hotel. Close to train station and all the sights of Annecy. Quiet rooms, and good air con which wasn't noisy. Staff were friendly, and we were able to leave luggage there and get some cool water before heading off. Didn't take the breakfast option as plenty of cafés nearby

Hotel Carlton is in the perfect location in Annecy, close to many restaurants, the train station, the bus station, old town and the lake. We stay here each time we visit Annecy. Each visit has been very comfortable and relaxing. The hotel public spaces and bedroom are very well maintained, clean and modern. Each member of the reception staff is wonderful … professional, friendly, very helpful … and speak English. We really appreciate the welcoming service each staff member has provided. Thank you.
