Guest notes

What guests say.

Perfectly located hotel just steps from St Marks Square, and convenient boat access. Rooms are beautiful however hotel is located on a somewhat noisy street. We happened to be staying at a time that windows needed to be open because air conditioning was not switched over, so a little noisy for sleeping. The breakfast room has some beautiful paintings as well and worth a visit if you are not enjoying their breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay at this location on another visit to Venice.

Immensely disappointed with this hotel… I would not recommend this and will not be staying here on my future visits. 1. Charging my room for Items… Then not being able to tell me what these items are but insisting that the expenses valid. They have all the ignored me… So I guess once you pay, you’re no longer a customer. I am now going through American Express to fight this - A disappointing way to end my trip to Venice! on that note . 2. They provide your postcard in your room… It’s a beautiful postcard. But don’t ask the front desk or concierge for help on mailing it or where you’re supposed to go to get a stamp… “I don’t know that’s not something we do” 3. Our lights kept flickering throughout the night in the hallway of our room… What a peaceful way to enjoy your sleep time Honestly, overall, it’s the service that turned me off to this hotel.
