He was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our entire visit. His attention to detail and warm attitude made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his service really made our experience special. Excellent service, great attitude, and a truly lovely person. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana during my Umrah. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I stayed at room with Masjidil Haram view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I particularly appreciated the personalized service from Mr. Mustafa, who made room clean and tidy everyday. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options and they have outside table with Masjidil Haram view. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service and hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at Rayhaan by Rotana Makkah. We were traveling with our children, so our room and dining table could get quite messy. 😄 Special thanks to Abdullah from the restaurant for being so kind, patient, and attentive during our meals. Also, thank you to Jabed from Housekeeping for keeping our room clean and comfortable despite the extra mess from our children. Their kindness and service really made our journey more comfortable.
