The entire team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. A special thanks to Queen for the exceptional care and kindness. Mahesh, Nishanth, Welbert, Thiree, Anwar, and Hussein were all incredibly professional, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring everything was perfect. I had a wonderful stay at Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel and would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding hospitality provided by the team. A special thanks to Queen, Elvis, Tina, Welbert, and Hussein for their exceptional service. They were always professional, friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay comfortable, enjoyable, and truly memorable. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities, but it is the staff who make the experience exceptional. Queen, Elvis, Tina, Welbert, and Hussein went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. I highly recommend Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality!
Clean rooms and nice facilities. Food in Timo and Tea Room are amazing. It was a memorable experience. Thank you for the very approachable staff like Elvis, Peter, Nicole and Anwar. Over all I enjoyed my experience. Definitely come back again.
