Dinner buffet shall be improved a lot. lift management shall be improved. Some more entertainments like music show, clown show, etc., can be arranged in the pool area after 8 pm for more engagement.

We recently stayed at the Amwaj Rotana Hotel in Dubai from the 6th to the 13th of July as a family, and we had the most wonderful holiday. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff made us feel so welcome and truly at home. The hotel was spotless throughout our stay, and the level of cleanliness and service was exceptional. There was always a fantastic variety of delicious food on offer, and every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were especially kind and caring towards our children, who absolutely loved their holiday and are already asking when we can come back! A very special thank you goes to Adil, who cleaned our room every day. It was always absolutely spotless, and his attention to detail and friendly nature were greatly appreciated. We would also like to thank Mahima, Brett, Charm, Oveto, Chef Ramiz, Rekik, Saad, Paul, Ankkit, and Alam. Every one of you was so friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Your hard work and kindness made our holiday even more special. Thank you all so, so much for making our family holiday such a memorable one. We have made some wonderful memories, and we cannot wait to return to the Amwaj Rotana one day. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai
