The location is perfect, just a road across 2 railway stations. There was a shopping mall and a few convenient stores nearby, many other shops opened until quite late in 5-10 mins walk. The service was nice, the staff came in to fix the curtain and the air conditioner very soon after I made a request. The room was clean and tidy, enough space for luggage of 2 people. However, as it is very close to the busy area, you can hear some noice from the streets. Also, if the air conditioner was turned into medium or above volume, there will be noises too. Overall, worth of value.

Hotel rooms are very small, felt claustrophobic. Expedia advertised this hotel as a 4 star but felt more like a 2 or 3 star experience. Amenities are self service. I stayed here for 6 nights with my fiancé. The first room had an amazing view of the city but smelled very bad and was dirty. The front desk accommodated us with a different room, we lost the view but the room was cleaner. It was very dusty and I would cough at night. House keeping did a good job cleaning the room, fixed our bed and gave us new towels. I would cough every night due to the dust being circulated in the vents. The hotel is very convenient, there is a Family Mart and JR Station right across the street. There is so much to do in this area if you are into Anime and Electronics. I would recommend this hotel for the price.

Location is amazing, one minute from the station. Rooms feel outdated though, with gunk on light switches and an odor in the bathroom. Rooms are fairly dusty and the toilet smells faintly of urine. I do like that the AC is fully controllable, especially in the summer. I would recommend for a very short budget stay but not for a longer one. It does the job, but there are other hotels out there for half the price I paid that is cleaner… Unbeatable location though. Edit: I cancelled my reservation and complained about the strong urine smell and the dirty bathtub (had hair in it before I even got there) and they did not care at all about the complaint. A staff member even laughed that I asked for any type of discount or anything for staying somewhere that was clearly not properly cleaned 😭
