We had a great experience staying here. Easy to find and navigate to/from. Our corner room had stunning windows. Room service came every day to turn our room over so we came back to fresh towels and a made bed every day after exploring. The breakfast buffet was a great add on, we started our day with a selection of meat and cheese plus more standard breakfast fare. We'd stay here again next time we're in Palma.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and the view from our room was beautiful. We also appreciated the parking, even though it was paid, as it was convenient and secure. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the Wi-Fi. It simply did…

We also appreciated the parking, even though it was paid, as it was convenient and secure. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the Wi-Fi. It simply didn’t work during our stay. For a Marriott hotel in such a popular tourist destination, I think having reliable internet is essential. Nowadays, many travelers depend on Wi-Fi for work, communication and planning their trips. I hope this issue is fixed soon, as everything else about the hotel was great.

Clean rooms, quick check in at 3 pm, AMAZING breakfast (for 15 euros), friendly staff. I’m a bit surprised reading the other reviews as my experience was completely different. Either they got their act together or I got lucky. But my overall experience was great. Only complaint is the location. It is in a very ordinary part of town and away from all the pretty sights. 15 minute walk to everything but if you’re here to see the pretty side of town this place is not that hotel.
