Local wine tasting at a vineyard estate
Yerevan · Armenia
About this experience
At a vineyard estate, local wines made from the estate's own grapes are tasted with lunch. Looking out between the vine rows, you learn the grape behind each glass and the area it comes from. It is a slow meal that brings Armenia's long winemaking tradition to the table.
Best visited in spring, summer and autumn. Wine is alcoholic, so pace yourself and drink water alongside. A short walk among the vines may be included, and flat comfortable shoes are enough.
