Incahuasi Island 360-degree salt flat panorama among giant cacti
Uyuni · Bolivia
About this experience
On a rocky island rising from the middle of the Uyuni salt flat, a path climbs through giant cacti to the top. From above, every direction is ringed by white flatness and the horizon is almost unbroken. The silence of that emptiness comes with a view that stays with you.
The path is rocky and the altitude high. Walk slowly and drink plenty of water. The sun is very strong, so a hat, sunglasses and sun protection are a must, and wind can pick up at the top. Stay on the path to protect the cacti.
