The Greek islands cruise on Celestyal Discovery is a round trip from Kusadasi, Turkey. Athens appears on the route as a call at the port of Lavrion. MBD Travel sells this cruise in two lengths, 3 nights and 4 nights, and each has a regular and a winter programme sold as separate products. Patmos, Santorini and Mykonos are on every programme, while calls at Rhodes, Crete and Athens vary. The package covers the cruise only: flights are not included, a Turkish-speaking guide is. This guide sets out the four programmes, what is included on board and the ship itself. Current departure dates and prices are on the product pages.

The 3-night route: Athens instead of Rhodes
The 3-night programme drops Rhodes and adds Lavrion, the port of Athens. On day one you again leave Kusadasi at 13:00 and call at Patmos. On day two you arrive in Crete at 07:00 and leave at 12:00, then spend 16:30 to 21:30 in Santorini. On day three you reach Lavrion at 06:00 and sail at 13:00, with an evening in Mykonos from 18:00 to 23:00. On the fourth morning you are back in Kusadasi at 07:00. Three nights suits a short break; four nights is the better choice if you also want to see Rhodes.

Winter programmes: no Crete, different times
The winter programmes follow a different route from the regular season, and neither of them calls at Crete. On the 4-night winter programme, the ship leaves Kusadasi at 12:30 and stays in Patmos from 16:00 to 21:00. Day two is in Rhodes from 07:00 to 18:00, and day three in Santorini from 07:00 to 20:00. Day four is Lavrion from 06:00 to 11:00 in the morning and Mykonos from 16:00 to 23:00 in the evening. You arrive back in Kusadasi on the fifth morning.
The 3-night winter programme covers Patmos, Santorini, Lavrion and Mykonos: Patmos from 16:00 to 21:00, Santorini the next day from 16:00 to 21:00, then on day three Lavrion from 06:00 to 11:00 and Mykonos from 16:00 to 23:00. You are back in Kusadasi at 07:00 on the fourth morning. The departure list on each product page shows which programme runs on which date.
