The location and service were great, but there is a lot of room for improvement in the rooms. The art and decor overall is pretty decent on the surface, but functionally they are more like a motel. The main issues I found with my room: - The WiFi is sub-par for hotel WiFi. - You may struggle to get your personal streaming devices to connect to the network. - The windows were facing the windows of other guest rooms, separated by only a 2-3 meter gap. There's no fire escape, so the only purpose this really serves is voyeurism. - The furniture is shoddily put together. Drawers and cabinets are either difficult to open or don't close all the way. - The shower door doesn't close all the way. This can potentially cause water to pool outside of the shower if you're not careful. - You can't use the handheld shower head without completely turning off the water first. But the rooms are clean, the air conditioning works great and the beds are comfortable. So if you can overlook the other issues, it's not bad.

Honestly, this is one of the better hotels I have stayed at in San Francisco. The room felt very much like a little apartment. There were little wear and tear signs in the room like scratches on the floor or dings on the drawers but that didnt really bother me because the room felt clean. The floors seemed really clean like they actually get mopped on a regular basis. The desks dresser and counters were all spotless. The bathroom was very well maintained and the shower was nice. It had a dual shower heads so two people could fit and be comfortable. Water pressure was great and felt so nice after a full day of walking the city. The bed was not the most comfortable. That was really my biggest downside about this hotel. They were ok. We were able to get clean sheets whenever we requested. The parking situation is not nearly as bad as everyone made it seem. There is a specific space on the street for the valet and all you have to do is park in that area and you will be just fine. Overall I would absolutely stay here again and appreciated how helpful staff was. We even door dashed ice cream to the hotel at midnight and it was no problem. It really had everything for a great price.

This hotel is very welcoming and playful with a pool table in the lobby next to a little bar and a playroom upstairs with lots of games to play. I had a single king bed room, which felt spacious for me and very comfortable. I like the modern decor. And it’s quiet. I do not hear much noise from outside. The shower is a very nice walk-in tile shower, and there is a strip of wallpaper on the wall above the toilet with books as if you can pick one to read while you sit.
