My wife and I spent 2 months in this Boutique Hotel (Recently named An Nam Heritage) and we absolutely loved it! It is located on a quiet street only a few minutes walk to all Hoi An has to offer. Could not have picked a better location. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, our room was clean and well optioned, and the breakfast buffet was excellent! One would wonder if staying this long in a hotel might be difficult but we found it became like our home. The owners and staff became our friends. We were always greeted with smiles and kindness. What makes this Hotel unique in our opinion is that the owners, a wonderful Italian couple, were on premises daily. Their friendliness to both guests and staff shows how much they care about making your experience comfortable. When our 2 month stay ended we were sad to leave and so were the owners and staff, our new lifelong friends. We highly recommend you consider this Hotel for your next stay in Hoi An!

I absolutely loved my stay here!! For starters, my flights got very delayed so I was able to check in at 4am and extend an extra night no problems. The staff were all super nice and helpful, booked transportation and tours for me. My room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing, had such a large variety to choose from. And lastly the location was perfect. It was down a quieter road, and it’s just a 5 minute walk to old town. Right next to a food mart, coffee shop, restaurants (and McDonald’s 👀 if u need an American fix). Anyways, would totally recommend!

Wonderful stay! I absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Hoi An. The rooms are spacious, with some offering a private balcony overlooking the pool and others a larger shared terrace. The pool itself is big, well-maintained, and open until late. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to suit every taste. The hotel is connected to an Italian restaurant owned by the same family. Since the owners are Italian, the food is authentic and delicious—the pizza, in particular, was outstanding. They also offer delivery, which is very convenient. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, were the owners and staff. Their kindness and warmth added so much to our experience. A special mention goes to Mŷ Yén, the sweetest young woman at the reception. Every time she saw my family and me, she greeted us warmly with the most genuine smile. We also had several lovely conversations with her, the owners, and their little son. Their hospitality made us feel at home, and I would happily come back just for them. Ps. the location is perfect, right in the city centre!
