The Trans Luxury Hotel

Good location, lovely atmosphere, food is OK and lots of choices for breakfast but still below standard compare to other five stars hotels. A la Carte was fab, good food, good plating... Service were excellent, start from the frontliners, especially Agil (Frontdesk Agent), He was remarkable! Explained all the facilities/services and everything guest need to know without making us bored and he has upselling skill also suggest some benefit without hesitation to help out if we really need to do so.. Room attendance, do very good service, room look shinny and so clean in order. No dust over the side lamp and lovely room indeed. But i didn't get a turn down svc in the evening like other 5 stars hotel do, which has to get an attention in HK svc, in order to be uniform svc for all the guests (except if the guest put a DND sign). Devina, service team also very nice, always quick response and smiling, neat and clean... And I do feel home and definitelly will stay in this hotel again whenever i go back to this town. Keep up the good work everyone, see you all next!

Trans Luxury Hotel truly lives up to its name. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the luxury in the ambiance, facilities, and overall experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well-maintained, making for a very relaxing stay. One thing that stood out was the wonderful scent throughout the hotel, from the lobby all the way to the guest room corridors. It created a welcoming and premium atmosphere every time we walked through the property. As someone working in facilities management, I would also like to give credit to the engineering and maintenance team. The hotel was kept in excellent condition, and it is clear that a lot of effort goes on behind the scenes to maintain such high standards. Salute to the team for their dedication and hard work. Overall, an awesome stay and a memorable experience for my family. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung and looking for a touch of luxury. comfiest hotel 🫶🏻 you dont need to leave the complex. huge mall, many things to do inside the hotel as well. room high quality, clean, comfyyyy! amenities include acqua di parma 👀 there's tea time at the highest floor (rooftop view) with a lot of options (alcohol included). breakfast is also amazing with lots of cuisines to choose from. even the lobby is amazing! this hotel is old but gold 🥂
