Our stay at The St. Regis Florence was nothing short of extraordinary. Set in a stunning historic building dating back to 1432, the hotel overlooks the beautiful Arno River and offers one of the most breathtaking settings in Florence. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and escorted by a dedicated staff member who took the time to explain the hotel and personally introduce us to our room. The accommodations were truly spectacular. Our suite was incredibly spacious, featuring a separate dressing area, an additional vanity space, and a timeless marble bathroom with both a beautiful soaking tub and separate shower. The room felt like something out of a fairytale castle, complete with a magnificent canopy bed and a balcony overlooking the Arno River. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for. A special thank you to Andre in the restaurant, whose attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. The combination of history, beauty, luxury, and impeccable service created an experience we will never forget. Quite simply, The St. Regis Florence provided the finest service and overall hotel experience we have ever enjoyed. We cannot wait to return.

The St. Regis Florence was, without a doubt, the highlight of my trip to Florence. Set in a stunning historic building in an incredible location, it truly felt like the perfect place to experience the city. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The staff was attentive, warm, and professional without ever feeling overly formal or pretentious. There was a wonderful sense of hospitality that made us feel at home right away. Our room looked like something out of an art museum. Every detail was beautiful and thoughtfully designed, yet it never felt cluttered or overwhelming. It was elegant, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bathroom amenities were excellent, and the view from our room was simply mesmerizing. I caught myself staring out the window countless times throughout our stay, just taking in the beauty of Florence. Every evening, the hotel hosted champagne sabering accompanied by live music, creating such a lovely atmosphere. As Globalists, we also enjoyed a complimentary drink, which gave us the perfect excuse to spend even more time enjoying the property. The absolute standout for me, however, was breakfast. The buffet offered a wonderful selection of options, including several fresh juice combinations that we happily indulged in every morning. I truly regret not remembering the name of the lady who took care of us during breakfast because she deserves special recognition. She went above and beyond in a way I have rarely experienced anywhere in the world. She paid attention to our preferences without ever being overbearing, recommended a freshly squeezed juice blend that we absolutely loved, and even remembered our favorites the following morning. Her level of service genuinely stood out. She made us feel cared for in such a natural and sincere way that it left a lasting impression. Honestly, she could teach a masterclass on hospitality and customer service. I cannot wait to return to Florence, and when I do, staying at The St. Regis Florence will be an easy decision. This hotel made an already beautiful trip feel truly unforgettable.

This wasn’t just great service—it was the kind of hospitality that makes you never want to leave. A huge thank you to Stephanie, the General Manager, who was absolutely wonderful. You can tell she leads an amazing team because every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the live piano in the main restaurant each evening. It created such a beautiful atmosphere and made every night feel elegant and relaxing. The St. Regis Butler Service completely exceeded our expectations. Before we even arrived, they reached out to us on WhatsApp with fantastic recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and things to do around Florence. It felt like having a personal concierge every step of the way. They even pressed both my wife’s shirts and mine, offered to unpack all of our luggage when we arrived, and the in-room dining was outstanding. It’s the little touches like these that truly set this hotel apart. We also loved spending time at the bar. Our bartender was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and made some amazing cocktails. We found ourselves looking forward to stopping by every evening. The location is perfect, the rooms are stunning, and the level of service is simply next level. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels, and The St. Regis Florence is easily one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip to Florence so memorable.
