Very positive experience with the hotel management and customer service. Communication was professional, friendly, fast, and highly solution-oriented throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Violant Tarrach for the excellent support and very accommodating handling of the situation. Customer satisfaction is clearly taken seriously here and the hotel is definitely recommendable.

We chose this hotel with a concert-stay ticket and the prices were very affordable. The service was great beginning from check in to check out. The staff were great and helpful. I prefer a quiet setting and where this hotel is located provided just that. The rooms were nice and the view was really nice. The rooms have a nice layout and smaller compared to other hotels, but the showers were really nice and the room overall a nice set up. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of tasteful options and made fresh.

The hotel offers excellent service and a very clean, comfortable environment. However, the pricing was shockingly high — far beyond what you’d expect even from upscale hotels in the area. Breakfast alone was €80 per person, which is simply outrageous. To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning in the rooms, which made sleeping difficult in the summer heat.
