The Note

Hidden gem just 30 minutes from Billund and LEGOLAND! Comfortable rooms, lots of greenery, friendly staff, and an easy check-in/out. The main street, with plenty of restaurants and bars, is just a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommended! The only downside was breakfast. We were still eating when a staff member started clearing our plates and cleaning the table right in front of us. With half the tables empty, it felt unnecessarily rushed and a little rude. She should have waited until we had left.

Hidden gem!! Absolutely stunning hotel and an amazing find. ​We chose this hotel on a whim. We were initially planning to stay closer to Legoland Billund, but the prices there were currently three times higher than in Vejle. What a lucky choice that turned out to be! ​So far, the rooms, the hotel itself, and the staff have been absolutely fantastic. The decor throughout the common areas is incredibly stylish, offering a high-end feel and a relaxing atmosphere. ​Upon arriving in our spacious room, we were greeted by lush plants beautifully arranged behind the bed, framing the entire living area with a calming, jungle-like vibe. An earthy-toned drape can be used to cover the TV if you prefer, and absolutely everything feels meticulously thought out—right down to the charging lids integrated into the bed frames, which provide several charging options. ​There are loads of restaurants within walking distance, though it's worth noting that most kitchens seem to close around 21:00 at the latest. ​Another highlight is "The Note's" dedicated "forest bathing" common room. It is filled with green plants, relaxing music, and a soothing water fountain installation. Once again, a beautifully designed space. ​The hotel also offers on-site parking, provided there are available spaces. ​We simply love this place so far!
