Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel

Our stay at Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations, and honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and every meal was a pleasure. The atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxing and welcoming. The reception staff were always friendly, professional, and smiling, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thank you goes to Mr. Noor Qasim, who made our experience even more memorable. He was incredibly helpful during both check-in and check-out, treated us with genuine kindness and respect, and continuously followed up to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. What impressed us the most was that he remembered us during our entire visit, which made us feel truly valued as guests. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hurghada!

We are so sorry to be nearing the end of our stay at this hotel. We have thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Beautiful hotel and grounds, good food, the best beach we have been to - lovely and clean with water like a swimming pool! Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Special mention to the animation team, and to Guest Relations who frequently check in to ensure everything is good. My husband was not feeling too well one day and one of the Guest Relations offered to arrange food to our room and even called to ensure he felt better. Also big thanks to Sara at the Lebanese/ beach restaurant for her lovely smile, warm welcome and excellent service. Also at the beach to Mohamed, one of the lifeguards, who is very friendly, as well as Mustafa, who is always so friendly and remembers our drinks order at the beach, often anticipating what drink we need before we have thought of it ourselves! Fantastic a la carte restaurants - we went to The Tepanyaki last night which was amazing. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again - hopefully next year!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, the food quality was excellent, and the service was always fast, friendly, and professional. The staff were helpful and did their best to make our stay enjoyable. However, there were a few areas that fell below my expectations. The variety of food could be improved, as the selection became repetitive after a few days. The beach is also very shallow, which may not be ideal if you enjoy swimming. Considering the overall experience, I don't think the hotel offers the best value for the price paid. In addition, the parking area has no shaded spaces, so my car was exposed to direct sunlight throughout my entire stay, which was quite disappointing. One more thing that really bothered me was that the Egypt vs. Australia match was not broadcast anywhere in the hotel, despite being a major sporting event. Fortunately, the management assured me that any future Egypt matches would be shown. Despite these points, I still appreciated the cleanliness, food quality, and excellent service. With a few improvements, this hotel could offer an even better guest experience
