Rotterdam Marriott Hotel

We stayed at the Marriott Hotel Rotterdam and booked multiple rooms for our family. From the moment we made our reservation, the hotel was very accommodating. Our initial requests were attended to promptly, which made a great first impression. The location is convenient. The rooms were comfortable, although the view from one of our rooms was not what we had hoped for. It mainly overlooked a brick building, though from one angle we could still see a partial view of the city. One aspect I found inconvenient in the bathroom that the shower had only a fixed wall-mounted showerhead with no handheld option, and there was very little items for toiletries and amenities. The staff made our stay pleasant. Everyone at the reception was welcoming and greeted us with a smile. The staff at the breakfast buffet were attentive and always willing to help. The only area that could use some improvement is the room service. Compared to others, it felt less attentive and could definitely be better. As someone who has visited several cities in the Netherlands, I also have to say that the people of Rotterdam were among the friendliest we’ve encountered!

Excellent hotel in a perfect location, especially if you're arriving by train. Rotterdam Central Station is literally across the street, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. I stayed here for a few days on business at the end of June and was very impressed. The room was spacious, quiet, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a professional yet relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a long day. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Service was very good overall, although there were a few small moments where it wasn't quite at the same exceptional level as the rest of the experience. Overall, an excellent stay and a hotel I would happily return to the next time I'm in Rotterdam.

Fantastic stay here! The staff (esp Federica) were super helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym is a bit small but had a couple treadmills and free weights and other machines. The M Club Lounge was fantastic. Great views of the city and good snacks. The evening drinks and morning coffee were also nice. The staff there were really attentive and helpful. I very much would stay here again.
