Her professionalism and kindness immediately made us feel at home. We would also like to sincerely thank Sophia from the breakfast restaurant team for the lovely anniversary surprise cake and for her thoughtful hospitality, which created a beautiful memory for us. In addition, Slenyo from the breakfast team was extremely friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service during both our second and third day breakfasts. Her positive attitude and warm hospitality made our mornings very enjoyable. Our appreciation also goes to Mr. Muhammad from the Gym & Spa team for his kindness and professionalism while introducing us to the spa facilities and services. We truly appreciated his recommendations and assistance regarding halal food options in the area, especially as an Arabic speaker, which made us feel very comfortable during our stay. We would also like to thank Moni from the Concierge team for his outstanding support in arranging sightseeing recommendations and helping organize our trips around Phnom Penh. His local knowledge and assistance made our experience much smoother and more enjoyable. Such a wonderful experience. Today I attended Raffles Hotel to enjoy a Gin Tasting Experience - a birthday gift and a recommendation from a close friend of mine. From the second I entered the hotel I was welcomed by warm friendly staff. Chary, Lobby Manager greeted me and gave me a nice tour of the hotel. Her knowledge of the hotel and its history was fascinating to listen too and for someone who is deeply invested in Cambodia and Khmer culture, learning the history of the hotel was very interesting for me. I was then handed over to the staff in the Elephant Bar. The gin selection was incredible - from local Cambodian gins to British, Italian, French, the variety was amazing. The bar staff were all fantastic but I need to give a special mention to Piseth whose knowledge of the gins was incredible and his service was brilliant. This was a birthday gift I will never forget and an experience I would recommend to anyone.
