Radisson Colorado Springs Airport

We checked in on a Friday evening and despite there being several people waiting to check in, the desk staff was kind and efficient. The lobby was updated and clean. The halls, walls and carpet were clean. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Extra sheets/blankets for the twin pull out were not in the closet but the front desk was quick to remedy that. I was surprised that housekeeping came daily to make the beds, replenish towels and bottled water. It was very comfortable for 3 adults and a child who very much appreciated his own twin bed! There was plenty of hot water from the shower and good water pressure. While the shower/toilet room was a little small and awkward in the room we stayed in, it worked fine for its purpose. The A/C worked well, especially with the fan running. The fridge in the room was very cold which is very appreciated. Breakfast required vouchers daily which were all provided at check in. The staff at breakfast were especially kind and attentive every day and quick to collect dirty plates. Food was replenished often. There was fresh fruit, assorted bagels, breads, cereal and danishes available daily. There was also yogurt, eggs, sausage, bacon, county potatoes, biscuits and gravy and make your own waffles available daily. Two of the three days pancakes were an option and they were especially delicious! French toast was available on day 3 of our stay. Everything was fantastic. There was plenty of tables and chairs even on the busy mornings and the view of the mountains were an added bonus. While we did not take advantage of the commissary room, it looked to be very well stocked with different types of food and snacks. We also did not take advantage of the bar in the evening as we got back late each day, but the different options for drinks, wine, etc. seemed generous. Parking was ample even though the hotel was very full. The pool was clean with plenty of clean towels and many lounge chairs available. The hot tub seemed like it could have been hotter but I prefer very hot water and it may have been at its max temp of 104'ish. The railing to get into the hot tub needs some attention, it was very loose during our stay which is a safety hazard but that's my only complaint. The gazebo around was very nice. The gym was well appointed. The hotel's location was quiet and easy to access. It worked well for us to access all of the places we intended to visit including Canon City, Manitou Springs, Pike's Peak and Garden of the God's. There's a wide assortment of eating establishments within easy driving distance and was quite a bit cheaper than many of the other hotels in Colorado Springs. I feel we got a fantastic deal! Overall our stay was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay again if we are in the area and absolutely would recommend it to a wide variety of travelers.

Me and my husband stayed here for my birthday and we got the nice suite with the jacuzzi bathtub. It was very very nice. Room was cleaned and the service was great, food was amazing. You couldn’t even hear the airplanes that come and go from the airport. The pool and hot tub was also very clean and relaxing. I recommend the restaurant upstairs at the hotel it’s amazing. We stayed 3 nights and each night was very peaceful. Everyone was so friendly. If you are looking for a nice get away with you and your spouse this place is the place to come get the nice suite with the jacuzzi you and your spouse will be so happy.

Quick and easy check in. I wish I could remember the guy who checked us in because he alone deserves 5 stars regardless of the hotel. He answered all of my questions before I even asked and was very friendly and made checking in go super fast while still engaging in conversation and making me feel welcomed. I think his name might have been Alexander but I could be wrong . But we love this hotel and will always stay here anytime we are in Colorado Springs . They have the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen a hotel have and everything is always fresh and there is a big variety of options. The hotel room is nice and spacious and the beds are comfortable. Sometimes the rooms get really cold but I’d prefer that as opposed to being warm like most hotels I’ve been in. They have a good restaurant inside the hotel and the girl who was our waitress was great also
