Radisson Blu Hotel, Krakow

An excellent hotel in a great location in Krakow! The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. ​Above all, the service was exceptional. A huge, special thank you to Marta, who took care of us with professionalism and a wonderful smile during both check-in and check-out. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure our stay was smooth and lovely from the moment we arrived until our departure. ​Highly recommended, we would definitely love to come back!

The hotel was clean and well maintained overall, and the location was very good. However, considering that this is a five-star hotel, we found it quite basic and average compared to other five-star hotels we have stayed at. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the service or the way we were treated. As Arab guests, we did not feel particularly welcomed, and the hospitality was below what we expected from a five-star hotel. Even when we arrived with our luggage, no one offered to assist us, so we had to carry our bags ourselves. Overall, the hotel itself was fine, but the service and hospitality definitely need improvement, especially when it comes to making all guests feel equally welcome.

I had a great experience at Radisson Blu Hotel. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was excellent, and everything felt very welcoming. A special thanks to Roman, the bartender, who was friendly, attentive, and made our evening even more enjoyable. Great service and a great person — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Highly recommended!
