Radisson Blu Hotel Gdansk

We stayed at this lovely from 15th June til 19th of june. We will definitely be back but not for the beautiful rooms, but because of Great service Anastasiia and Julia. Absolutely lovely girls who always did everything they could to make us have a good time. Will not forget Julia and Anastasia. The location in the middle of the old town 10/10. HC room was perfect for the wheelechair. We will be back and hope to se Anastasiia and Julia!

Excellent location. Just out of way enough to be quiet but only steps away from the Main Street where all the action is. Nice front desk. Housekeeping was great. Room was clean and spacious. Our room faces the court yard circular entrance and it can get a bit noisy when people are talking or smoking down there. Sometimes late into the night. Food option everywhere. Otherwise an excellent stay and would love to come back again.

We came to Gdansk for our 30th wedding anniversary and (for that reason) spent a bit more money for a junior suite, thinking that would make the stay more special. There were some positives. The hotel is in a brilliant location. The bar and breakfast area are nice. The breakfast buffet was extensive but without any labelling, so it was a bit of guesswork to know what you were having. Must be impossible here if you have any allergies or intolerances. The huge disappointment was the room. On the 5th floor. Nothing at all like any of the pictures. The size of a 'deluxe' or 'supreme' room in any other hotel. The only concession to a 'suite' was two doing chairs in a corner. There is rot around the bathroom door that hasn't been dealt with. There doesn't seem to be the promised soundproofing. We were kept awake by the neighbouring room. We had a lovely stay, because the city is beautiful, but do feel we have been ripped off by the hotel. Almost as if we were just given a normal room but paid the excess for something we didn't receive. Our first and last stay in a Radisson Hotel. We always avoid the massive chain hotels and we're suckered this time.
