Unforgettable spa experience at Anne Semonin Spa I highly recommend visiting the Anne Semonin Spa. The massages here are top-tier, and the staff is genuinely caring, thoughtful, and attentive. A huge special thanks to Meqi, Gvansa, and Salo for their brilliant service! A true paradise with premium amenities It feels like a absolute paradise on earth. The hotel features a magnificent, well-equipped gym and a gorgeous outdoor pool that makes relaxing effortless. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!

I honestly expected much more from the Radisson Blu Batumi, especially at €350 per night. Unfortunately, the hotel did not come close to delivering the standard you would expect at that price. The biggest issue is the overall condition of the property. The hotel feels dirty, unhygienic, and poorly maintained, with clear signs that it needs significant maintenance and renovation. The food was also disappointing and far below what I expected from a hotel in this price range. I’ll be posting photos, including a club sandwich that, frankly, barely resembles a club sandwich. I also found items left in the refrigerator from the previous guest when I checked into my room, which was another sign of poor cleaning and housekeeping standards. The location is good, and the hotel has potential, but the current level of upkeep simply does not justify the price. At €350 a night, I would expect an exceptional experience — instead, I left feeling that the hotel was nowhere near worth the money. The one real highlight of my stay was Mari at reception. She was extremely helpful, attentive, professional, and genuinely made an effort to assist whenever needed. She deserves recognition for her excellent service. Unfortunately, one outstanding staff member cannot compensate for the overall experience. For me, this hotel is nowhere near €350 per night and I would not choose to stay here again

I truly felt at home during my stay at Radisson. The staff looked after me so well and made me smile every day. The breakfast was great, and everything felt warm and welcoming.
