The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. And also Captain,Mr,Easir is very welcoming us,,The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The facilities were well maintained, and everything exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! Hope Will come again,,

Title We just arrived to Al Hajar & the restaurant manager Mr Abdullah and supervisor Mr Saddam were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable right away you can really see that they care about the guests and the overall experience everything was well organized and their way of handling things felt professional but still friendly and personal. I also want to give special thanks to server Mr Rio he was very attentive, polite, and quick throughout the whole meal he checked on us at the right times, helped whenever we needed something and made sure everything was going well without being too much his friendly attitude and genuine way of serving really made a difference. In general we had a really enjoyable experience the food, atmosphere, and especially the service all came together nicely Abdullah, Saddam, and Rio are a great reflection of the team

All service was good I am happy to stay in this hotel. It's really comfortable, the room is always clean, and the staff is kind. In housekeeping, there are 2 staff members (Payel and Sahid); both are good and diligent. Also, All staff in the Firdaus Restaurant are very kind and helpful. Especially Siam,( The waiter and Manager Mr. Humayaun Khobir. All good. 🙏
