Long Beach Cha Am Resort

I’m writing this review with sincerity. The location and breakfast are excellent. For this price, the room is clean and very comfortable. There are two swimming pools, and one of them has a slide, which is great for kids. The small street from the hotel to the beach is very convenient, with affordable restaurants, massage shops, and hair salons. The beach is very close to the hotel. I do have a few suggestions, shared with the hope that the hotel continues to improve and do even better. First, I would appreciate more attention to the cleanliness of the restroom in the lobby. When I returned to the hotel tonight, there was an unpleasant smell. Since the lobby is the face of the hotel, I believe this area deserves special care. Also, it would be nice to have soft background music in the lobby throughout the day (for example, from 8 AM to 9 PM). It would make the atmosphere feel more lively and welcoming. In addition, providing an in-room food menu booklet could be a good idea. It would allow guests to conveniently order food from their rooms and could also help increase hotel revenue. Regarding the baby crib, it was usable without any issues, but it looked quite old. Younger guests nowadays can be quite sensitive to these details, and something like this might affect their decision to return. It would also be great if some attention could be given to the edges around the pool with the slide. On a positive note, the café located between the pools is a really great idea. Overall, even though the hotel has been around for some time, I think it has been well maintained. I truly hope this hotel continues to do well and improve even further.

I stayed at Long Beach Cha-am Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is a bit old or old-school in style, with classic furniture and an older building design, which adds a nostalgic charm. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s no electric kettle provided in the room, but you can request hot water from the staff to make coffee or tea, and they’re happy to assist. Basic amenities are sufficient, and the location is great—close to the beach and peaceful. While the hotel could benefit from some updates, my stay was still comfortable and enjoyable.
