I don't normally write reviews but I had such a wonderful time here I wanted to write something. I stayed for the first time last week for two nights. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was the center of attention and everyone was so kind. From the doormen to the front desk workers, everyone went out of their way to make sure I was cared for. I don't normally stay at 5-star hotels so this was such a wonderful experience. The place is so clean and in a great location. They go out of their way to make sure you have a nice stay. Even housekeeping left left a lovely thank you note when I left a daily tip, which I really loved. The doormen were so kind and I really enjoyed chatting with them while I waited for my Uber in the morning. I ate at The Quill on Friday night and had a delicious meal. The staff were so friendly and checked in several times to see if I needed anything. Also the cookies and chocolate ice cream were so delicious, I highly recommend saving room for them. I wish I could have stayed longer and I can't wait to come back!

Thanks to the impeccable customer service and attention to detail of Christopher, we experienced two nearly flawless event executions. Christopher is a super fast lightning speed communicator. He's always there when you need him and truly goes above and beyond at every chance he gets. It's in the small details that go a mile when you’re working with private event clients who are celebrating one of the most important days of their lives—and who have entrusted all of us to help bring their vision to life. So impressive! The food was spectacular, and the kitchen and service teams were among the most polished we’ve encountered in the industry. They absolutely rocked the house! Finally, all of these wonderful moving parts and team collaborations were led by our longtime colleague, Golnaz, Director of Corporate and Social Events. It was such an honor to work alongside her and experience her phenomenal leadership firsthand. We can’t wait to bring our next event to The Jefferson and collaborate again with Golnaz, Christopher, and their GOLD-STANDARD, brilliant team—from the front desk to the executive leadership. Absolutely love this place. The downstairs is full of hidden treasures, with an old library and beautiful small meeting rooms that are open to everyone. The bar is VERY cool, and the bartenders are incredibly knowledgeable about their craft. The breakfast room is stunningly beautiful, and the rooms upstairs are gorgeous, but also somehow still feel like you're in a home. To tell you how good the service is: I was late for work one evening because my uber got lost. The doorman noticed I was struggling and he had a cab ready for me 2 minutes later. Can't wait to go back.
