Stayed here for 2 weeks. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a balcony. The location was quiet and not too far from the city centre. The staff were very friendly, and the receptionist, Valeria, was especially helpful throughout our stay. The only feedback I would give is that it would be useful to have a telephone in the room to contact reception in case of assistance or emergencies. Parking is available in the garage for an additional fee of €17.

Room 314: Upon arrival, the air conditioning was not functioning, and it appeared that the staff was already aware of the issue. I was initially informed that there was no alternative room available and that no technician could be arranged to repair the unit. During a heat wave, selling rooms advertised with air conditioning while this essential amenity is not operational is disappointing and, in my opinion, does not meet reasonable guest expectations. That said, I would like to provide a fair update: the air conditioning was repaired the following day. As a result, only the first night was spent without air conditioning, and the remainder of the stay was comfortable. Apart from this issue, the experience was positive. The breakfast was good, and the hotel’s location is very convenient, with a tram stop nearby providing easy access to the city center—Hauptplatz and the Congress area are only about 10 minutes away by tram.

I was a stupid that a second chance would have been OK. We arrived late and under pouring rain, I was so tired I wasn't able even to put the right pin of my card. I waited more than 20 min to check in because the two people in charge were out smoking a cigarette. The bed for my daughter wasn't in the room even if we asked in the email and in the notes. Neither the towels. The man at the front desk was saying that it was the room service fault, and that for this as courtesy gesture we were allowed to take in the bar whatever we need when we need it. We found this a kind gesture, but wasn't like that and then he blocked me late night saying that was one time and he didn't say that and that I would have to pay. I said it was OK he could have put it on my room. I exited two days ago from hospital and I was in my worst Accor experience ever. I had a nervous breakdown and I didn't feel safe at all, as we were 3 woman, one of 71 and one of 6 too. Horrible. Don't stay here. Anyway Catharina at checkout was really nice and helpful for my car issues too.
