⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Absolutely 5 Stars! We had a wonderful experience at i-SUITE Hotel and would happily give it 5 stars. Everything was exceptionally clean, elegant, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, the service was perfect — the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and always made us feel well taken care of. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. Every dish felt special, beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really see the attention to detail and quality that goes into the restaurant. What impressed us even more were the thoughtful personal touches. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and that kind of hospitality makes such a difference when you’re traveling. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and stylish, and the whole experience felt special from beginning to end. Thank you to the entire i-SUITE team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely come back and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. ❤️

Terrible hotel. Not at all suitable for a family vacation. It says "design hotel" BUT IT'S NOT. It's tasteless, like being in the 90s. Horribly designed and poorly thought out. There's nowhere to put your things, no privacy, and the bathroom doors have a hole in them and don't close!!! The service leaves much to be desired. They didn't return my laundry for more then two days, even though they said maximum 24 hours. I had to go and sort it out. Breakfast is only a la carte and not particularly tasty. Sunbeds are not included. The only good thing was the room cleaning, which was excellent. I'll never go back there again and I don't recommend it to anyone!

My experience at Hotel i-Suite Rimini was quite disappointing, especially considering the price of the stay. I expected a level of service and professionalism comparable to a good five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the service and, more importantly, the attitude of the staff toward resolving guest problems did not meet that standard. There were several issues during my stay, including the air conditioning not working, the coffee machine not working, and problems with the overall service. What was most frustrating was the inability of the staff and management to actually resolve these problems. The manager's approach seemed to be that offering a free drink at the bar would somehow compensate for or solve significant problems with the room and service. The attitude toward handling guest complaints felt quite immature. When something goes wrong, guests don't necessarily expect perfection—they expect the hotel to take responsibility, communicate properly, and make a genuine effort to fix the problem. That was missing from my experience. I also got the impression that third-party bookings are not given the same priority or level of attention as direct bookings, which is disappointing and not something I would expect from a hotel positioning itself at this price level. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and the location is convenient. Those were the highlights of the stay.
