Hotel Capricho & Spa

The hotel is excellent. The most important thing for me was how clean the room, the different areas of the hotel, and all of its services were. Everything was well organized, tastefully maintained, and the staff were always attentive. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious, the facilities were renovated and spotless, and it had a balcony. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I would like to thank all the staff, including everyone at the reception and the team serving in the dining area, who truly worked with dedication and gave their best. We were your guests for a few days, and thanks to you, it became a truly beautiful and memorable experience for us. One more thing I’d like to mention is that this is a family-oriented hotel. They genuinely make an effort to create both a safe and peaceful atmosphere for all their guests. In my opinion, this is a significant advantage, especially for families, and it makes the overall experience even better.

Stayed here in mid March, really enjoyed the hotel, got a free upgrade to a premium suite which was much appreciated. Hotel staff were really friendly. Different cuisine every night with lots of choice, including lots of healthy options. Chef could make you food to order too which was great. Spa was a bonus. Great location for getting public transport to/from airport and nearby towns. Would like to visit again if possible!

It's a great let down that this hotel doesn't offer late check out. My flight was 23.10, my shuttle back to the airport pick up time was 18.40. I had to be out of the hotel room for 11am as they don't offer late check out. Which meant from 11.00 to 18.00 I had to kill time by walking the streets and hanging around the poolside it would have been nice to could of still have the room so I could have gone and relaxed and have some privacy before my flight back home. Late check out needs to be an option for guests who have night flights. Also they advertise a spa/massage service that was not open, dinner is 19.00-21.00 too short even from 18.00 would be better. No evening entertainment so the evenings can get boring unless going out of the hotel to find things to do.
