Flannery’s Hotel

Our stay at Flannery’s Hotel Galway was outstanding from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a genuinely warm welcome that made us feel at home. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with inviting common areas and spacious, spotless rooms that were both comfortable and well-appointed. Everything was presented to an exceptionally high standard. What truly makes Flannery’s special is its staff. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attitude toward guests was exceptional. It was clear they genuinely cared about ensuring everyone had a wonderful stay. We also noticed the same warmth and attentiveness shown to every guest, which says so much about the hotel’s culture. A special thank you to Rod and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. Their dedication to customer service is second to none and made our visit to Galway even more memorable. We travel frequently, and Flannery’s Hotel stands out as one of the best examples of genuine Irish hospitality we have experienced. We will certainly return on our next visit to Galway and highly recommend Flannery’s to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.

We had a 1-night stay at Flannery's Hotel in County Galway, costing €150 (breakfast not included), and it exceeded our expectations. The customer service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Our room was immaculate, with one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, along with incredibly soft pillows and blankets. We also loved the little extras, including slippers, bathrobes, complimentary snacks, free mineral water, and an automatic coffee machine. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver as it was around 28°C outside. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of fresh towels and all the essentials provided. The hotel also has a large free car park, and it's only about a 10-minute drive from Galway city centre and the Latin Quarter, making it a great location. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Flannery's Hotel to anyone visiting Galway. We'd happily stay here again!

There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, where the soft hum of passing buses and the occasional chatter of commuters drift through the air, and the city centre is close enough to walk to, with lively streets and the scent of nearby cafés inviting you along the way. The room is newly refurbished with a clean, minimalist design, featuring smooth, cool surfaces and soft, ambient lighting that creates a calming atmosphere, and it even has a bathtub, which I absolutely loved—perfect for soaking in warm water after a long day while the faint scent of fresh linens lingers in the air. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back!
