Crowne Plaza Madinah

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Haram, which made our visit so convenient. The room service was outstanding, and the staff were always polite, professional, and attentive. They even called us several times to check if everything was satisfactory and to ask for our feedback, which made us feel truly valued. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Everything was fresh and well prepared. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone looking for a quality hotel near the Haram. We would be happy to stay here again.

A special thanks to Ms.Raghad, who was at the reception near the breakfast area. She was exceptionally warm, courteous, and welcoming throughout our stay. Her genuine smile, professionalism, and willingness to help made every morning even more pleasant. She is a wonderful example of outstanding customer service and is a great asset to the hotel. My one-night stay at this crowne plaza was a very good experience from start to finish. I was immediately impressed by the rooms, which are excellent and absolutely clean—truly a standard that other hotels should aim for. The attention to detail and standard of service made the night very memorable. The only minor thing I noticed was the lack of a USB port for mobile charging, but this did not diminish the overall quality of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its luxury and cleanliness and look forward to returning.
