We had a great experience at Villa Jota. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the lively nightlife of Ksamil. The rooms were quite small, but spotless and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The staff gave us a warm welcome and were friendly throughout our stay. There's also a convenient parking area, which made things much easier. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ksamil!

Villa Jiota is an absolute delight – a charming, family-run hotel that exceeded all expectations. The rooms are exceptionally clean and maintained to a very high standard, with fresh towels provided daily and sheets changed every couple of days. The location is perfect: right in the heart of Ksamil, surrounded by restaurants and bars, with beautiful beaches just a short walk away and a supermarket conveniently across the street. What really makes Villa Jiota special is the family who run it. They are warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being overbearing – nothing is ever too much trouble. Their hospitality adds a truly personal touch to the stay. Ksamil itself is a lively yet relaxed beach resort, and everyone we met was generous and friendly. Combined with the comfort and care at Villa Jiota, this made for a truly memorable holiday. Highly recommended.
