Our second stay at this stunning hotel- we were welcomed like old friends and enjoyed a lovely "welcome back" note and bottle of prosecco in our room. Very pleasantly surprised our room was ready early in the day- a lovely room overlooking Waverly Station. Staff is incredibly helpful and genuine in their desire to make your stay above and beyond! Our breakfasts each morning were delicious and made-to-order perfectly. We will most definitely stay again and again! The location is superb...close to both New Town and Old Town- just off the Royal Mile. The Concierge kindly help with dining options and questions! Highly recommend.
We stayed for 2 nights and loved it. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We had some issues with the TV and staff came and fixed it immediately. The breakfast is lovely and we opted to have ours delivered to our room. Would love to stay again.

Marta, Paul, Conner and Sudan were so kind and helpful with suggestions, opening doors immediately, tours and just plain kindness always. The breakfast Tearoom is absolutely charming. The food delicious and the ambiance sweet and gentle. John, Sonia, Prachi and the other servers were extremely professional and prompt. Just overall this hotel is worth every penny you spend. We loved it!
