My friend and I recently stayed for one week at Akmani Legion Bali, and I just wanted to share a short review on behalf of myself and my friend. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The housekeeping team were very helpful and kept everything spotless, and the reception staff were always polite, welcoming, and professional. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Any request we made was attended to almost immediately, and the staff were always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, everything was amazing, and we truly enjoyed our stay. this hotel is average. the staff are very nice and the rooms are decent, however when we arrived the bedding had food stains and hair all under the bed sheets. when i asked them to change it, they took over an hour to do so and when they changed it, it still is dirty. the new sheets that we got appear to have makeup stains and what looks like blood all over it and still has hair under the sheets. the aircon is very cold which is good and the tv is very small and isn’t a flat screen (which they advertise) and has limited channels to watch, there’s no netflix and you can’t screen share your phone. the bathroom layout is a bit strange and has the sink in the bedroom. the hot water takes ages to heat up and again, the towels have stains on them too. the roof top pool and bar are amazing tho, the staff up there were so welcoming and we had great conversations with them. the elevator is quite slow and when we walked out onto our floor, the tiles are loose and there’s baked beans around the door. the room service food wasn’t that good and was quite over priced. the hotel is in a great spot and is surrounded by restaurants, shops/markets and 5 minute walk to the beach. not sure id stay here again but it was very cheap for our emergency stay.

We stayed at The Akmani Legian Hotel and had a great experience. The location is perfect - close to the beach and Beach walk Mall. Special thanks to the Reception team specifically Mr Adi and Miss Lia for being so helpful and professional in their duty and responsibility. Both were so friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. They always had a smiling face. So, I loved their hospitality. Also the whole staff treated us like family. They were patient, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth made our stay so much better. Thanks to them always. Moreover, during our stay we got Clean rooms, nice pool, fresh, nutritious and yummy breakfast. Would definitely stay again!
