Every single team member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.We want to give a special mention to the incredible staff who made our visit so memorable. The concierge team was welcoming and efficient, and the pool staff were always attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed to relax. The dining experience was equally spectacular thanks to the outstanding restaurant crew. Massive thanks to Bimarsh, Catherine, Pritesh, Chef Bantu, and Chef Sumit for their warm hospitality and for delivering such delicious culinary experiences.Beyond the world-class service, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. It offers unbeatable convenience with excellent amenities right at your doorstep. Having a Spinneys supermarket nearby was highly convenient for quick essentials. Furthermore, the property sits in a prime spot just moments away from the vibrant JBR Walk and the beautiful Jumeirah Beach, making sightseeing and dining out completely effortless. Breakfast and dinner at this hotel were absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. A special thank you to Chef Sumit, Catherine and Thurine and their team for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. They made every meal a wonderful experience. Our cleaner Turtha did an exceptional job every day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great food and outstanding hospitality.
