It is definitely setup for kids but this did not ruin my experience at all without kids. The staff were fantastic from start to finish, beautiful spacious rooms and a stunning beach restaurant make it a strong resort. Food was a little limited but excellent with very friendly bar staff - shout to Khun Kook (I think 😬). Location is a little out of the way but I don’t think the purpose of a resort like this is too venture too far out. Though there are some lovely eateries and spots just 15 - 30 minutes away.

Had a really great time at SO/ Hua Hin, especially at Beach Society! Big thanks to Tik, Da, and Nack for taking such good care of us. Even though the restaurant was packed during dinner, everyone was so friendly and attentive. The service never felt rushed, and they made us feel so welcome—more like visiting friends than eating at a hotel. Our 6-year-old son had a great time too. The staff chatted with him, kept him smiling, and even gave him some lychee, which absolutely made his day! The atmosphere is amazing with beautiful beach and sea views. It's a perfect place to come for dinner or just spend a relaxing day enjoying the beach vibe. Highly recommend this place, and we can't wait to come back!
