😊 I had an amazing stay with my friend at Silverland Yen Hotel! The location is perfect, within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market, the Independence Palace, the War Remnants Museum, and so many great restaurants and cafés, more local vibes, and making it an ideal base for exploring Ho Chi Minh City especially if it’s your first time visiting Vietnam 🇻🇳! I do love the welcome delicacies and drinks.❤️ The staff were truly exceptional. HARRY that’s his name, every time we go up to the roof top pool for happy hour he just gave us warm , relaxing and wonderful service! Honestly, Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I checked in until I left. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, which was the perfect escape after a busy day in the city. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options, and the complimentary afternoon tea was such a thoughtful touch. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were also fantastic places to relax while enjoying the city views. Overall, Silverland Yen Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, wonderful amenities, and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. A very special thank you to Luan, Phuong, and Tran. They went above and beyond to help us not only during our stay but also after we had already checked out. When my daughter accidentally left her backpack at a restaurant, they patiently helped us communicate with the restaurant, arranged the shipping, and kept us updated until everything was sorted out. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help gave us such peace of mind, especially after we had already left Vietnam. It is rare to find a team that truly cares about their guests even after they have checked out. Their outstanding service reflects the warmth and hospitality of Vietnam, and it left a lasting impression on my family. Thank you again, Luan, Phuong, and Tran, for your incredible support and for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. ❤️
