We had an amazing stay! The hotel was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. We especially loved having both a bathtub and a separate shower, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only small thing we missed was a nicer view from the window, but that was a very minor detail. Everything else was simply perfect. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We were truly impressed and would be happy to stay here again!

Didn't feel like 5 stars. The room felt outdated, the food was overpriced and there was nothing in general particularly special about the hotel. Felt more like a good 3 star hotel vs the 5 star expectation. No swimming pool included that is an extra charge likewise car parking is an extra charge. As another post said, the shower was hard to use and either came out very hot or cold. The positives are the location and staff were nice.
