The hotel has good infrastructure and the facilities themselves are quite nice. Unfortunately, the overall customer experience was very disappointing. The staff seemed poorly prepared and unprofessional, and their attitude came across as rude rather than helpful. This really affected the stay and overshadowed the positive aspects of the hotel. With better staff training and a stronger focus on customer service, this place could be much better.
Good business hotel. Good breakfast. Nice large room. Parking ok if you can get a space but not cheap which is a shame. I was here for the entire work for work and prepaid parking. One day after work I got back to find no space available even though I had paid.

Coffee to go means ALL coffee... So even if you sit in with your coffee, it's "to go". It's absolutely absurd that you can pay 4000 DKK for two people staying three night, and they can't even give you a room with any beds. Terrible. Stay away. Update from final day: Very sharp metal in the sauna which made a deep cut in my finger. Bled all over the place.
